PRE PAYMENT:
If a client pays in advance for an appointment and needs a refund due to an early cancellation, a 10% inconvenience fee will apply (not including tip).
LATE CANCELLATION:
To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, clients must cancel their appointments within 6 hours of the scheduled time.
SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING:
A $10 fee will be assessed if a client needs to reschedule their appointment for an earlier or later time.
If a client selects the incorrect service, the service will be changed and the correct amount charged if time allows.
NO CALL/NO SHOW:
A $5 fee will be charged after 10 minutes of being late for an appointment.
After 15 minutes, it will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW and you will be charged 100% of the service price.
NO CHILDREN UNLESS BEING SERVICED
